3. Client Relationships
3.1 Agency Relationships
As a white label service provider, we maintain strict confidentiality regarding our relationship with your agency. We understand that you may present our services as your own to your end clients, and we respect this arrangement.
3.2 Non-Disclosure
We commit to never directly contacting your end clients or revealing our role as your service provider unless explicitly authorized by you in writing.
4. Service Delivery and Timeline
4.1 Project Initiation
Upon engagement, we require:

4.2 Delivery Schedules

5. Payment Terms

- Payments must be made via approved payment methods
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice for ongoing services

- 50% upfront payment for project-based services
- Monthly retainer payments due on the 1st of each month
- Late payments incur a 5% fee per week overdue
6. Quality Assurance

6.2 Revisions

8. Termination
8.1 Termination by Client
- 30 days written notice required for ongoing services
- Pro-rata refund for unused prepaid services
- No refund for completed work or delivered services
8.2 Termination by Service Provider
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 14 days
- Client violates these terms
- Client engages in unethical practices
- Services are used for illegal purposes
9. Limitation of Liability

- Exact traffic increases
- Specific conversion rates
- Particular business outcomes
9.2 Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 3 months.
